LeBron James
LeBron James is a twenty-five year old small forward for the Cleveland Cavaliers. He was born on December 30, 1984 in Akron, Ohio. He was the number one pick in the 2003 NBA Draft. He was Rookie of the Year in ’03-’04 and ended up being the MVP in ’08-’09. He started varsity throughout high school and averaged 31 points per game. That is an amazing accomplishment for a high school player. He signed a contract with Nike for $90 million and is the face of that company and his franchise with the Cavaliers. He is an Olympic Gold medalist in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. He has changed the sport of basketball.
